Commission projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure your project date and initiate the design phase. Deposit amounts are determined on a per-project basis.

Project scope, timeline, deliverables, and final pricing are discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Any changes to the original scope may result in additional fees.

The number of revisions included varies by project type and will be specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Final payment is due upon project completion and before final delivery of artwork, photos, or installation.

Ladie One Studios reserves the right to display completed commission work in portfolios, exhibitions, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients who commission original artwork receive the physical artwork or installation but do not acquire reproduction rights unless explicitly stated in a separate licensing agreement.

You may not reproduce, manufacture, or distribute prints, products, or merchandise featuring the commissioned artwork without written permission.

Ladie One Studios makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on this website but makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ladie One Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or any commission project.

In the event of a dispute, the total liability of Ladie One Studios shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from your use of this website or any commission project shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
